I recently bought a new Kubota L2900 32 HP (Yes here in Europe they are still available NEW !) Wat are the things I need to be carefull with on this model ! Or is it like my Old Kubota L185 unbreakable ?? (7800 hours on it and still running perfect !) Cant find any listed problem on the forums, so I am guessing they are like my old one very good. I only put 15 hours of service on the L2900 yet, I am still breaking her in ! The Dealer says first service comes at 100 hours, but the manual says service has to be done at 50. What do you guys recommend ! I am thinking of doing it at 75 hours !
Thanks In advance !

Solo, first of all, welcome to our board!!
The L2900 is very much like your L185, if it is not abused it will be pretty much indestructible.
I would recommend the first service at 50 hours, in fact we do a second service at 100 hours again just to be sure that there is no more debris, etc., still in the system from manufacturing, and also to check for any metal particles that could indicate a fault early on. It is very cheap insurance.
Best of luck. ....

I have an L2900, about the same year that I have in for repair. Tranny problems, and they say I need a new valve body at the cost of $3000,00 and that it is a non-servicable part. I posted a message to followup on today, hopefully I get somewhere. I'm selling it after it's fixed and checked on prices, which range from 12,000 to 15,000 but this is with loader and backhoe. Mine is at 1300 hours.
